Is there a fixed monthly fee or other additional costs for the reseller program?
No, with a reseller account at EPAG you will only pay for domains or ssl certificates which you actually use. You benefit from our fair pricing and will pay

- no minimum revenue
- no hidden costs
The minimum prepayment level to set up a reseller account at EPAG is only 100.00 EUR.
Is it possible to automate domain management at EPAG, e. g. by using API?
Yes, our registration system is configured for full automation of domain and contact management. We provide two fully automated interfaces:
- realtime API (connection-based)
- e-mail API (SMTP based)
Both interfaces accept orders in the same key-value format and return detailed callbacks that inform about the result of your order and are easy to parse.
A comprehensive documentation on our API will facilitate your implementation in connecting to our registration system.
Is there a test account for your domain registration API?
Yes, we gladly provide access to the testing environment of our registration system. Test access is available both to our realtime API as well as to our e-mail interface.
Can I create sub-accounts for my customers which allow them to manage their domains on
their own?

Yes, as an EPAG reseller you may create your own sub-accounts in your web admin panel and make those accounts available to your customers. Using those sub-accounts, your customers may
- create and manage domains on their own behalf
- manage domain contacts
- view pricelists which you have created
- create their own sub-accounts, if you allow them to do so
We will always invoice all domain transactions directly to you, your customers will not receive invoices from us.
